Lynn Stahr - STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor


Lynn discovered the Pilates Pilates twenty years ago.  After repeated injuries from dance, back problems and an added Diastasis Recti, she decided to focus on Pilates and the many benefits it has to offer.  After amazing instruction and quick results she was a firm believer of the STOTT PILATES® method.  Lynn received training from Pacific NW Pilates in Functional Anatomy, Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair and Barrels.  She is certified in Mat and Reformer Level 1 and 2 and trained in the MELT Method®.  Her background is in dance, gymnastics, eqeustrian and has been teaching for 30 years and owned a dance studio for twenty years.  The private studio is at the far end of her "Red" house in the West Hills with a separate entrance for easy client access.  Equipped with 3 V2 Max Reformers, Chairs, CoreAlign by Balance Body and other light equipment the studio provides a wonderful environment for an efficient and satisfying workout.
